Crypto markets are entering 2026 with a familiar mix of momentum and uncertainty. Bitcoin is still setting the overall tone of the sector, large caps are battling for narrative leadership, and traders are once again asking the same question in a new cycle: where could the next meaningful upside come from by the end of 2026?

We prompted ChatGPT to produce price outlooks for four tokens through December 2026, then pressure-checked those outputs against the drivers that typically matter most, including adoption, token utility, market structure, regulation, and plain old hype cycles. The goal isn’t to treat an AI model like an oracle – it’s to use it as a structured sounding board, then separate what’s plausible from what’s just a good story.

We cover three large-cap cryptocurrencies – XRP (XRP), Solana (SOL), and Dogecoin (DOGE), that already trade with deep liquidity and constant headlines, where catalysts are easier to map, but expectations are also priced in. Then we look at one smaller-cap wildcard that is not yet in open trading: PEPENODE (PEPENODE), a project with its presale ending in a little over 16 days with close to $2.4 million raised.

ChatGPT Puts XRP at Up to $7 by the End of 2026

We asked ChatGPT to map a simple end-of-2026 price range for XRP and explain the core drivers behind it. The thesis centered on one main idea: spot XRP ETFs represent a structural demand upgrade because they allow investors to access XRP exposure through standard brokerage channels, not only crypto exchanges.

The arrival of U.S.-listed spot products seem like a key catalyst, including launches from Franklin Templeton (XRPZ), Canary (XRPC), and Grayscale (GXRP). The AI also tied that demand story to a friendlier product pipeline, noting the SEC’s move toward generic listing standards that reduce the need for case-by-case review for qualifying crypto ETPs, which Reuters framed as a way to shorten timelines and lower friction.

Beyond the ETF wrapper, XRP’s long-running “payments and settlement” narrative can age well into 2026, especially if governments and financial institutions keep upgrading payment rails and exploring tokenized settlement. Ripple has stated that it has been in discussions with 20+ countries on CBDC plans and has publicly highlighted CBDC platform work aimed at central banks and governments.

On the numbers, ChatGPT’s base case was $4 to $7 by the end of 2026, with a bull case of $8 to $12 if inflows stay persistent and large-cap alts see a broad risk on rotation. Its bear case kept XRP in the $1 to $2 band if ETF demand fades and risk appetite tightens.

Solana to Push Towards $600, Says ChatGPT

ChatGPT’s Solana outlook starts with a reset: SOL is trading around $127 and remains far below its $293.31 all-time high from January 19, 2025, which means the market has already repriced the asset hard from its peak-cycle valuation.

From there, the cryptocurrency relies heavily on “Wall Street access” as the demand unlock; however, the situation has improved with the SEC’s move toward clearer, more standardized ETF disclosure and listing processes, which should reduce friction and enable more spot-crypto products to reach market over time.

The AI model also argued that the “Solana breaks under load” discount could continue to shrink if reliability upgrades persist. Jump Crypto’s Firedancer validator client went live on mainnet in December 2025, and Anza’s Alpenglow consensus work targets much faster finality, pushing the network toward lower latency and a more modern core design.

ChatGPT also noted that Solana has already demonstrated its ability to monetize activity at scale. A 21Shares report estimates that from Oct 2024 through Sep 2025, Solana averaged nearly $240 million in monthly revenue, totaling roughly $2.85 billion, with a peak above $616 million in January 2025.

On the numbers side, ChatGPT’s base case is $350 to $600 by the end of 2026, with a bull case of $700 to $1,000 if ETF flows go up and a broad altcoin cycle returns. Its bear case is $150 to $250 if activity and inflows never fully re-accelerate.

Dogecoin Between $0.35 to $0.80 by the End of 2026

At roughly $0.133 today, DOGE is coming off a rough 2025, with performance snapshots commonly showing it down over 50% year-to-date. That slump also aligns with a broader meme coin reset, in which the total sector market cap fell to $44 billion after peaking far higher in the prior cycle.

When we asked ChatGPT what matters most for DOGE into end-2026, it focused less on “best tech” and more on market structure. Its view is that DOGE remains the most recognized and liquid meme coin, which makes it the first place capital tends to rotate when meme liquidity comes back.

The AI model also argued the sector doesn’t need perfection to rebound, just a return of risk appetite. It flagged a clear upside catalyst that would be new for DOGE versus prior cycles: spot ETF optionality. DOGE ETFs seem to be key to unlocking further liquidity and attracting real inflows.

When it comes to its predictions, ChatGPT’s base case is $0.35 to $0.80 by end of 2026, with a bull case of $1.00 to $1.75 if meme coin liquidity fully returns and an ETF narrative sticks. Its bear case keeps DOGE at $0.07 to $0.20 if the market stays focused on other sectors and memes fail to re-ignite.

ChatGPT Targets $0.012 to $0.030 for PEPENODE by End of 2026

PEPENODE is a mine-to-earn meme coin project built around lowering the barrier to entry for people who want to experience mining but don’t have the know-how or the funds to buy entire rigs. Users can assemble digital mining rigs and upgrade facilities to generate rewards inside a gamified dashboard, earning rewards in PEPENODE as well as other coins like PEPE and FARTCOIN.

PEPENODE presale is a community-first public sale with no private rounds or insider allocations that is designed around progressive price increases as demand grows.

On the traction side, PEPENODE has raised over $2.3 million to date, with its tokens priced at $0.0012064 and only 16 days to go until the presale ends. Staking is also part of the early funnel, with the project offering APYs of up to 547% to early supporters.

When we asked ChatGPT for an end-2026 range, it anchored the base case to a “first hype wave + broader meme liquidity returns” setup:

pepenode ChatGPT price prediction

  • Base case: 10x to 25x from ~$0.0012064, or ~$0.012 to $0.030 by end of 2026
  • Bull case: 50x, or ~$0.060 if listings and engagement hold beyond launch
  • Moonshot: 100x, or ~$0.121, but only if it sustains real daily activity and positive gameplay loops

Last but not least, the AI model mentioned timing as the final lever. Meme coins are not the strongest narrative right now, with liquidity and attention often leaning toward large-cap cryptos and more utility-driven themes. However, they remain the highest-beta corner of the market. When crypto reverts to a broad risk-on phase, meme coins are often the first place retail momentum accelerates because they’re designed to monetize attention.

If 2026 delivers another bull run, that high-risk, high-reward profile is exactly what could make a smaller GameFi play like PEPENODE outperform on the upside.
