Bitcoin Price Prediction: BTC and HYPER Expected to Rally This October
After a fear-filled September, and investor concerns about the U.S. government shutdown that started today, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) are shrugging off the drama and resuming their bull runs. It seems like “Uptober” is officially here, with BTC gaining at least 2.9% already – and ETH leading with a nearly 4% gain. If this momentum continues, new all-time highs could be on the table for both market-leading cryptocurrencies, but smart money investors are already looking further afield.
The fastest movers have already been investing in the Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) presale for the last few months, driving it to a fundraising total of $19.5 million. Five-figure whale buys have become commonplace, which means HYPER investors are likely to see the $20 million milestone passed by the end of this week.
Bitcoin Hyper’s ultimate goal is to add a new Layer 2 (L2) chain on top of Bitcoin, bringing the speed and flexibility of the Solana Virtual Machine to the industry’s OG blockchain. Let’s examine BTC’s latest price surge in more detail, and see why many whales and analysts appear to prefer investing in HYPER.

Two Bullish Chart Patterns Support New Bitcoin Price Pump
From a historical perspective, September is usually Bitcoin’s worst month of the entire year. It’s a time when investors fear the worst, from small dips to major crashes – and chopping sideways can feel like the best-case scenario. In 2025, however, BTC actually gained 5.35%, largely thanks to a much-needed rebound from the $108,730 level that started last Friday.
As it turns out, that bounce also created a double-bottom chart pattern – and the second bottom happens to align with the uptrend line of an ascending triangle pattern. This is a rare example of two textbook bullish chart patterns forming together, so it’s no surprise that BTC bulls are getting hyped about a potential break above the $123,731 all-time high level.
Over the short term, BTC is likely to face some stiff resistance at the psychological $120,000 mark – but it has yet to generate above-average trading volumes, and its Relative Strength Index (RSI) is far from overbought with a score of 60.
Although this is good news for long-time BTC holders and short-term traders applying massive size and leverage, many whales and retail investors aiming for greater gains are watching the Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) presale, which also bodes well for Bitcoin’s future.
Analysts More Excited About Bitcoin Hyper With $19.5M Raised
Since it launched in 2009, Bitcoin has defined the crypto space and heavily influenced digital asset prices across the board. However, the Bitcoin blockchain itself is notoriously slow and inflexible, making BTC more suitable as a store of value (“digital gold”) while other blockchains like Solana attract users and builders looking for exciting and more profitable use cases. This is why the Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) team has used the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) to create a totally new Bitcoin Layer 2 (L2) chain which anchors itself to Bitcoin’s Layer 1 – but also enables access to DeFi, NFTs, meme coins, Web3 games, and more.
To use the Bitcoin Hyper L2, BTC holders can send their coins to a dedicated smart contract, have their BTC converted into Wrapped BTC (WBTC) on Bitcoin Hyper, and use their wrapped tokens as they see fit. As soon as they decide to switch back to normal BTC on the original Layer 1 chain, the conversion process can simply be reversed.
The HYPER token will be needed to cover transaction fees on the L2 – making price increases likely as demand grows – and also provides governance votes and staking opportunities (with APYs running up to 60%). The YouTuber and presale expert Alessandro de Crypto recently made his own bullish Bitcoin price prediction, and highlighted HYPER as a high-momentum presale to consider investing in this October.
Bitcoin Hyper’s presale is almost certain to pass $20 million this week, given that whale buys of $13,500 or more are continuing to pour in. Early buyers can purchase HYPER in exchange for ETH, SOL, BNB, USDT, or USDC – and the sale website also accepts normal credit and debit cards.
As we head toward the end of the year, it’s likely that HYPER’s discounted price of $0.013015 will not last for long, as the $20 million+ fundraising event will eventually give way to the project’s official launch and major exchange listings.
