Aptos Announces New Partnership to Enhance Decentralized Streaming

The Aptos Foundation has teamed up with Myco, a Web3 streaming service, to integrate its platform with the Aptos blockchain.

This collaboration aims to decentralize digital streaming, focusing on technical integration and the development of resources to advance Web3 technologies.

As part of this partnership, Myco will transition its infrastructure to Aptos and is set to launch its native utility token on the blockchain in early Q4 of this year. Hani El Khatib, co-founder and chief of Web3 at Myco, emphasized that this move represents a major step toward making Web3 streaming and entertainment more accessible.

In related news, Tether has introduced its USDT stablecoin on the Aptos blockchain to lower transaction costs. This launch leverages Aptos’ scalability and speed to provide a cost-effective option for users.

Additionally, Aptos has released a new keyless wallet application called Aptos Connect, which uses zero-knowledge proofs for user authentication. This wallet simplifies the process of connecting to decentralized applications by allowing users to manage their Aptos blockchain accounts with a single click.
