Speaking at Bitcoin Asia in Hong Kong, Eric Trump credited both China and Hong Kong for playing a pivotal role in the rise of cryptocurrencies.

In a conversation with David Bailey, he agreed with the idea that China has emerged as a “second Bitcoin superpower” alongside the United States.

Trump noted that China’s influence on the sector has been undeniable, describing the country as a “formidable force” in advancing Bitcoin and broader digital assets. He also pointed to the Middle East’s rapid adoption of crypto, praising the scale of investment and innovation taking place there.

Beyond these major hubs, Trump highlighted that even smaller South American nations are showing remarkable enthusiasm for digital currencies.

Still, he stressed that the United States remains at the forefront, arguing that the country is “winning the digital revolution” thanks to its leadership role in blockchain development and investment.
