German Government With an Interesting Bitcoin Transfer to a Trading Company

The German government continues with Bitcoin (BTC) transfers after earlier sending 500 BTC to some crypto exchanges.

Earlier today, Germany’s crypto wallet designated as German Government (BKA) made 2 transactions of 250 BTC each sent to US cryptocurrency exchange platform Coinbase and Bitstamp.

The total value of the two transactions was $27.9 million at the time. In addition, another 500 BTC was moved to the now familiar wallet identified as “139Po“.

Shortly thereafter, at 2:20 p.m. EDT, 133,772 BTC were sent from the same wallet to the crypto asset trading company Cumberland DRW.

150 Bitcoin tokens were then sent to another crypto exchange, Kraken, for a total value of $8.57 million.

At the same time, another 1,000 BTC worth $57.16 million were sent to the above address identified as “139PoPE1bKQam8QJjhVjYDP47f3VH7ybVu” and 250 BTC to “bc1qu3jdm4wz24laats8x80mldragmxzkmzcguzr4j”.

These wallets have not been precisely identified, but are believed to have to do with the German government as they have interacted with each other before.
