The average price per Bitcoin for this purchase was around $74,463, including fees and expenses. This move was funded by proceeds from the company’s issuance and sale of shares under its Sales Agreements.

As of November 10, 2024, MicroStrategy’s total Bitcoin holdings, which include the company and its subsidiaries, stand at approximately 279,420 BTC.
These assets have been acquired at a total cost of around $11.9 billion, with an average price of about $42,692 per Bitcoin. The company continues to strengthen its position as a key player in the Bitcoin market.
