The man, facing pressure and harassment from some of his victims, subsequently went into hiding. However, several victims gathered evidence and reported the scam to authorities.
Following a lengthy investigation, the man was arrested and charged with fraud and embezzlement. Additionally, he faces accusations of continuing to accept new clients even as his business was nearing failure.
