This existing alignment reduces the need for Circle to overhaul the infrastructure following the acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two entities also share an operational history. Tazapay has been a partner of the Circle Payments Network since 2025, meaning the integration stems from an existing technological collaboration rather than a new partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Current Tazapay customers should not expect immediate changes to services, APIs, pricing, or support. Completion is slated for 2027 and remains subject to standard closing conditions and regulatory greenlights.
