The issue was identified on May 29<\/a><\/strong> by security researcher Taylor Hornby during a protocol audit. According to the disclosure, the defect resided in the \u201cOrchard circuit\u201d\u2014the core component of Zcash\u2019s latest shielded pool, which enables anonymous transactions.<\/p>\n\n
