With the upgrade to an ETF, institutions can now gain exposure to Chainlink without handling the underlying token directly.<\/p>\n<p>Grayscale says the timing reflects the rising importance of decentralized oracle networks in the broader digital-asset market. As tokenized assets and smart-contract systems expand, Grayscale argues that secure connections to off-chain data will become indispensable, positioning Chainlink as a critical layer in the emerging on-chain economy.<\/p>\n<p>The launch of GLNK follows several other crypto ETFs Grayscale has rolled out in recent weeks, including funds tied to XRP, Dogecoin and Solana. The firm is also seeking SEC approval for what would be the first ETF offering exposure to Zcash, signaling its ongoing push to expand regulated access to diverse digital-asset
