The firm sold 50 million Class A ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants to accredited institutional investors at $10.00 per share.<\/p>\n The capital will primarily be used to acquire Bitcoin Cash and establish a digital asset treasury, while the remaining funds will be allocated to operational and general corporate costs.<\/p>\n mF International has approximately 20 years of experience providing institutional forex and commodities trading platform solutions across China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n The Nasdaq-listed company has a market capitalization of just $18.9 million and has risen 3.07% over the last 24 hours.
