The prospect of restored stability in Washington appeared to boost confidence across risk assets, including digital currencies.<\/p>\n<p>According to CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju, institutional demand through ETFs \u2013 alongside corporate purchases led by Michael Saylor\u2019s Strategy \u2013 has been a major force behind Bitcoin\u2019s price performance throughout the year.<\/p>\n<div data-nosnippet>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Bitcoin whales have been cashing out billions since $100K.<\/p>\n<p>I said the bull cycle was over early this year, but MSTR and ETF inflows canceled the bear market. Blockchain analytics from Nansen show that \u201csmart money\u201d traders have opened roughly $8.5 million in new long positions over the past 24 hours, anticipating further gains. The new inflows, however, suggest that the worst of the \u201cde-risking phase\u201d may be over.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Ethereum ETFs recorded $107 million in outflows on Tuesday, while Solana products extended their winning streak with another $8 million in positive inflows, underscoring a selective but growing return of risk appetite among digital asset
