Friday\u2019s flash crash tanked the crypto market, wiping hundreds of billions off the board. Yesterday, we got a sharp bounce \u2013 traders were able to breathe again \u2013 and then today? Another price dip. Bitcoin is down nearly 3%, and Ethereum has followed suit.<\/p>\n

Yet Bitcoin\u2019s chart isn\u2019t screaming disaster just yet. The 4-hour timeframe is showing some classic post-crash moves that could set up a rally. Also, Ethereum has had some interesting developments this week that suggest the worst is behind us.<\/p>\n

This is why the market looks so interesting right now. When everything\u2019s red and panic is in the air, that\u2019s usually when smart plays reveal themselves. For example, projects linked to the Bitcoin ecosystem that offer enormous upside.<\/p>\n

But the 4-hour chart suggests things might be about to change. There\u2019s a long wick down that basically taps the same zone Bitcoin hit during Friday\u2019s crash. This happens all the time after flash crashes \u2013 price rebounds, then comes back down to poke that low one more time before surging.<\/p>\n

If we see a strong bounce candle form on the 4-hour chart, the first upside target is yesterday\u2019s high around $116,000. Break through that, and we\u2019re looking at those wicks near $122,000.<\/p>\n

Spot trading volume needs to increase for this to happen, but the setup is already in place. As such, there might be some more short-term pain before Bitcoin buyers retake control.<\/p>\n

Ethereum Latest News \u2013 Institutions Buying, Devs Building<\/h2>\n

Ethereum<\/a> is currently hovering around $3,960, representing a 3% drop since yesterday. However, the ETH price is creeping back up on lower timeframes, suggesting the worst might be over.<\/p>\n

And while retail traders were panic-selling, institutions were buying. BitMine Immersion Technologies grabbed over 200,000 ETH<\/a> during the chaos \u2013 about $834 million worth \u2013 through OTC deals. Such a large investment hints at a change in how major players view Ethereum.<\/p>\n
