Dogecoin is on everyone\u2019s watchlist with Q4 on the horizon. After some huge price swings over the summer, there\u2019s now talk about a potential breakout that could send DOGE back toward its all-time high.<\/p>\n

Whales seem to agree, as on-chain data shows some of the biggest DOGE investors adding to their holdings. That\u2019s usually a sign that something\u2019s brewing beneath the surface.<\/p>\n

One popular analyst thinks we might even see DOGE return to $0.73 by the end of 2025. His technical analysis has surprised traders \u2013 and reignited speculation that the OG meme coin might have one more parabolic move left.<\/p>\n

But even with DOGE looking bullish, there\u2019s buzz around which meme coins might rally even harder. A new coin called Maxi Doge (MAXI)<\/a> is getting most of the attention, with several crypto whales already making sizable investments in the project\u2019s presale.<\/p>\n

Where DOGE Stands After Last Week\u2019s Rally<\/h2>\n

Dogecoin is having a volatile day today, with peaks around $0.28 so far. It\u2019s down about 6% in the past 24 hours, but also up 10% since last week. Today\u2019s dip comes as spot trading volumes and open interest taper off \u2013 hinting that traders may be waiting on a clearer direction.<\/p>\n

Last week, DOGE made a run at the $0.30 resistance level, and almost managed to close at $0.29 \u2013 then gave most of those gains back. It currently looks like a classic \u201cfakeout,\u201d which is the kind of move that usually means buyers weren\u2019t ready to push through with conviction.<\/p>\n

The timing of that rally didn\u2019t help either. Much of the bullishness was tied to the Rex-Osprey DOGE ETF, which was approved by the SEC last week before hitting additional hurdles at the last minute. The fund \u2013 which uses the ticker DOJE<\/a> \u2013 is now set to launch this Thursday.<\/p>\n

That upcoming launch gives traders a new short-term target, but the ETF\u2019s delay might still have cooled momentum just when things were heating up. All told, DOGE is still higher than it was a few weeks ago \u2013 but it now seems to be in a holding pattern.<\/p>\n

Dogecoin Q4 Price Prediction: Analyst Forecasts Rally to $0.73<\/h2>\n

According to analyst KrissPax \u2013 who\u2019s got over 63,000 followers on X (Twitter) \u2013 DOGE could make its way to $0.73 before the year ends. Pax posted a chart on a logarithmic scale showing how 2021\u2019s rally might\u2019ve been an outlier, and suggested the \u201creal\u201d cycle top should land around that same $0.73 mark.<\/p>\n

Basically, he\u2019s saying the 2021 bull run got too hot too early. So, if DOGE follows a more typical growth curve this time around, that old ATH could act as a magnet again before this cycle tops out.<\/p>\n
