When the iPhone 16 debuted in 2024, Bitcoin traded around $57,000. By the iPhone 17 launch, it had climbed above $111,000, a 94% jump. The iPhone 17 Air ($999) costs 0.0090 BTC, the Pro model ($1,099) about 0.0099 BTC, and the Pro Max ($1,199) just 0.0108 BTC.<\/p>\n<h2>From Hundreds of BTC to Fractions<\/h2>\n<p>Looking back shows just how dramatically things have changed. In 2011, the iPhone 4S launch price translated to more than 160 BTC, back when the cryptocurrency traded for just a few dollars. By 2013, an iPhone 5 still required over 50 BTC.
