A regulatory filing shows that on Friday, June 20, ARK\u2019s three active ETFs\u2014Innovation (ARKK), Next Generation Internet (ARKW) and Fintech Innovation (ARKF)\u2014unloaded 609 175 CRCL shares for roughly $146 million after the stock leapt another 20 percent to close at $240.30, more than three-and-a-half times its $69 debut price on June 5.<\/p>\n

That sale followed two earlier trims on Monday and Tuesday, bringing the week\u2019s total disposals to about 1.25 million shares, or close to 29 percent of the 4.49 million shares ARK snapped up on listing day. Even after the divestment spree, the firm still owns a sizeable position. Fresh tallies compiled Saturday show ARK holding roughly 2.5 million shares\u20148 percent of Circle\u2019s float\u2014worth a little over half a billion dollars at current prices, making it the company\u2019s eighth-largest shareholder.<\/p>\n
