Dietderich also noted that the defunct exchange is facing \u201c27 quintillion\u201d claims, with a substantial portion of them being fraudulent or questionable, according to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-03-28\/ftx-to-start-paying-main-creditors-bankruptcy-claims-in-may?embedded-checkout=true\" rel=\"nofollow\">Bloomberg<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>While some \u201cconvenience class\u201d creditors have already been repaid based on digital asset values as of the bankruptcy filing date in November 2022, concerns remain. FTX has projected that creditors will receive 118% of their claims in cash.<\/p>\n<p>However, many creditors argue that this figure is misleading, as it doesn\u2019t account for the price increases of various digital assets since the filing. Over the past two years, tokens like <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptodnes.bg\/en\/cryptocurrency\/solana\/\">Solana<\/a> <\/strong>have surged by approximately 650%, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptodnes.bg\/en\/cryptocurrency\/xrp\/\">XRP<\/a> <\/strong>by 450%, and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptodnes.bg\/en\/cryptocurrency\/bitcoin\/\">Bitcoin<\/a> <\/strong>by 500%, while <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptodnes.bg\/en\/cryptocurrency\/ethereum\/\">Ethereum<\/a> <\/strong>has grown by nearly 47%.
