Evans further argued that Surin\u2019s failure to provide credible documentation of his wealth, combined with the connection to Hargreaves, justified the seizure.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Timothy Mould rejected Surin\u2019s defense and ruled that the Bitcoin was indeed laundered from criminal activities.
