CSC Delaware Trust Company, located in Wilmington, was named as the registered agent for the filing.<\/p>\n<p>This submission in Delaware doesn\u2019t automatically suggest an imminent registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Back in November 2023, XRP\u2019s price spiked by 12% after false rumors circulated about a \u201cBlackRock iShares XRP Trust\u201d filing in Delaware.
