However, those with staked tokens will need to undergo a seven-day withdrawal period to unstake them.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/317798\/eigenlayer-expects-token-transfer-restrictions-to-end-september-30?utm_source=rss&amp;utm_medium=rss\" rel=\"nofollow\">This<\/a><\/strong> follows the recent distribution of 86 million EIGEN tokens during EigenLayer\u2019s second stakedrop, which ran from March 15 to August 15, 2024. Tokens from both this event and a previous distribution in April were initially locked from being transferred.<\/p>\n<p>EigenLayer allows users to deposit and stake Ethereum (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptodnes.bg\/en\/cryptocurrency\/ethereum\/\">ETH<\/a><\/strong>) to help secure third-party networks or services.
