There is a debate going on about whether this cut will have a negative or positive impact on different markets.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"read-more pb-3 pt-3 pt-md-2 px-3 my-4 border bg-light\">\n    <h5 href=\"https:\/\/cryptodnes.bg\/en\/fed-rate-cuts-could-crash-crypto-market-warns-arthur-hayes\/\">stated<\/a><\/strong> that the rate cut could lead to a crypto market crash.<\/p>\n<p>And he is not the only one who has doubts about the positive impact of the rate cut, not just for crypto, but for the stock market as well.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, a group of Democratic senators, led by Elizabeth Warren, were <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptodnes.bg\/en\/senators-push-fed-for-0-75-rate-cut-to-prevent-recession\/\">pressing<\/a><\/strong> Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell to implement a significant 0.75% reduction in interest rates to protect the U.S. economy and avoid recession.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, Tom Lee from Fundstrat <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptodnes.bg\/en\/fed-upcoming-meeting-set-to-trigger-stock-market-surge\/\">predicted<\/a><\/strong> a major stock market rally following the FOMC meeting.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBy itself, one rate cut isn\u2019t a panacea for borrowers grappling with high financing costs and has a minimal impact on the overall household budget,\u201d<\/em> noted Greg McBride, chief financial analyst at Bankrate. <em>\u201cWhat will be more significant is the cumulative effect of a series of interest rate cuts over
