According to the Binance CEO, despite court orders and appeals for humane treatment, Nigerian authorities have denied him necessary medical care, including necessities such as a wheelchair.<\/p>\n<p>Given his deteriorating health, Teng urged the Nigerian government to release Gambaryan on humanitarian grounds so that he can return to the US for basic medical treatment and
