Key discussions included updates to the Pectra upgrade and issues with the Beacon Chain’s consensus layer.<\/p>\n

Pectra Devnet 2<\/strong> Hsiao Wei Wang announced the alpha.4 release of the Pectra consensus layer, with 85% network participation. Issues persist with EthereumJS, Erigon, and minor bugs in the Prysm client, as well as concerns with Lighthouse, Teku, and Besu nodes.<\/p>\n

Coordination for Devnet 3<\/strong> To address past communication lapses, weekly meetings will be held to update teams on Pectra testing. Devnet 3 will use the EIP 7702 design. Issues with EIP 7251 from Devnet 2 will be further examined in upcoming tests.<\/p>\n
