Damit ist es das erste koreanische Unternehmen, das diese Anlageform offen in seine Bilanz aufgenommen hat.<\/p>\n<p>Das von Simon Gerovich von Metaplanet unterst\u00fctzte Unternehmen startete seine Kampagne mit dem Kauf von 93 BTC und signalisierte damit den Beginn einer langfristigen Initiative, um 10.000 BTC zu erreichen. Co-CEO Paul Lee <a href=\"https:\/\/decrypt.co\/346024\/korean-public-company-bitplanet-treasury-plan-buys-bitcoin\" rel=\"nofollow\"><b>bezeichnete<\/b><\/a> diesen Ansatz als einen ma\u00dfvollen Schritt zur Integration von Bitcoin in die Unternehmensfinanzierung und betonte, dass jede Transaktion \u00fcber nationale Compliance-Systeme protokolliert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die Umwandlung von Bitplanet hat sich \u00fcber Monate hinweg vollzogen. Urspr\u00fcnglich ein IT- und Cybersicherheitsanbieter unter dem Dach der SGA Co., Ltd., hat sich das Unternehmen im August w\u00e4hrend der Bitcoin Asia 2025 umbenannt und ein Budget von 40 Millionen Dollar f\u00fcr den Aufbau von Kryptow\u00e4hrungsbest\u00e4nden bekannt gegeben. Nach einem turbulenten Start in den Oktober, der Milliarden an gehebelten Positionen zunichte machte, hat sich Bitcoin wieder \u00fcber 115.000 US-Dollar erholt, unterst\u00fctzt durch die Erwartungen einer Zinssenkung in den USA und steigende Zufl\u00fcsse in Bitcoin- und Ethereum-ETFs.<\/p>\n<p>Bitplanet, notiert an der KOSDAQ (049470), ist mit einem Jahresumsatz von rund 55 Millionen US-Dollar und einem Gewinn von 3,4 Millionen US-Dollar finanziell weiterhin solide aufgestellt und verf\u00fcgt damit \u00fcber eine stabile Grundlage f\u00fcr seine neue Ausrichtung. Das Unternehmen bereitet sich auch auf das bevorstehende s\u00fcdkoreanische Gesetz \u00fcber digitale Verm\u00f6genswerte vor, das 2027 in Kraft treten soll und die Unternehmensregeln f\u00fcr den
